65-year-old Kay Fox was returning to her apartment in KC, MO when two a-holes decided to rob her and take her scooter.
It being her only mode of transportation, Kay is now stuck without a way to get around.
Authorities are asking for your help to identify the thieves or to help find the scooter. It's a navy blue and white, 2006 Honda Metropolitan Scooter with a basket on the back.
