Moffitt & Frankie talked to the infamous Harry Shearer. If it was funny in the last 25 years, Harry probably had something to do with it.
You know Harry from the movie "This is Spinal Tap", oh, and just about every voice on "The Simpsons."
He was on the show to promote his new CD, "Songs of the Bushmen"...sort of an ode to the administration if you will.
